At Nom Nom, a premium DTC dog food brand, I was brought in to lead a full-scale brand transformation. In a crowded category dominated by competitors outspending us tenfold, the challenge was clear: we had to punch above our weight to earn attention, trust, and loyalty. I reimagined the brand from the ground up — refining the positioning, overhauling the visual and verbal identity, and translating that into cohesive, high-impact execution across every consumer touchpoint, from national campaigns to packaging, website, lifecycle, and unboxing moments. Within 18 months, we built a brand that not only stood out, but resonated deeply — earning recognition, driving results, and proving that smart creative can outmaneuver big budgets.
